Mel & Jay Management, LLC sends our tenants a statement of rents due and a self-addressed pre-stamped envelope toward the end of every month. You only need to put a money order or check for the amount you owe in the envelope and drop it in the mail and there are no added costs

Alternatively, you can use the payment button below for SECURE credit card payments on line.Unfortunately banks feel compelled to make money off the transactions they process. The transaction fee for Mel & Jay at Citizens Bank is 2.31% (actually a very good rate) and unfortunately the tenant must cover this cost. To calculate and pay the amount you will need to charge:
- Enter the amount of the payment due in the blue box below.
- Click the "Calculate" button
- The amount of your credit card payment will appear to the right in green.
4. Note the amount to be paid(perhaps highlight and copy [ Cntrl C ] then click on the "Pay" button below. Paste the payment amount into the appropriate box on the resulting page.
